When I emailed back saying they need to ship me a similar product and guarantee delivery before my wedding which is this weekend I got patronized that actually I placed the order August 4 and they will effectively wait until the last moment possible to ship my item, and that if I want anything done I need to cover expedited shipping which would be $100. They emailed me yesterday saying they don't have my order and can substitute with an **** #cheers on the jar, as if that's an ok alternative. I placed an order two weeks ago, giving the company 3 weeks to deliver the product. I'm shocked at how these people do business. They waited until a week before my wedding to tell me they don't have my order.Īfter I placed an order, they waited 2 weeks to do nothing, then tell me they don't have my item, and won't exchange for a similar one nor cover shipping cost to make it in time for my wedding.
